Along with the Black Creek Greenway, the White Oak Creek Greenway is one of the Town of Cary’s premier greenways for walkers, runners, and bikers.

The White Oak Creek Greenway originates in Bond Park. Once construction is done, the White Oak Creek Greenway and the Black Creek Greenway will provide trails that connect the City of Durham, the American Tobacco Trail, Bond Park, Lake Crabtree County Park, Umstead State Park, and the City of Raleigh.

The White Oak Creek Greenway portion within Cary is now part of the East Coast Greenway, which will eventually connect Maine to Florida.
